Can I adjust the activities on a tour I like the sound of?
If you see a tour you are interested in online, get in touch and one of our friendly consultants and help customise the tour however you like. We can help extend your stay in a location of your choice or even arrange optional activities to experience on tour. We're here to help!

Do you arrange regional and international flights with airport transfers?
Most of tours include regional flights however, we can also help to arrange airport transfers as well as book flights that match your tour's start and end dates.

What documents will I need before travel?
Before you depart you will need to check the visa requirements for all countries you are travelling to as well as ensuring that you have a valid passport. Please note that travel insurance is also compulsory for all tours.
Is a deposit required?
For Tailor-Made tours per person a deposit that is 30% of total booking amount or a minimum spend of £1500 is required.-
When do I have to pay final balance?
Final payment is due 90 days prior to travel and we remind clients 7 days before.

What assistance will I have abroad?
If you need a helping hand with anything while on the road, we provide an emergency 24hr contact number and email address of our local partners to help in the time zone you're at.
